(30 fps should always be the target frame for the best balance between performance and looks) If you plan to fly ga planes ultra will be no problem. I assume about 50-60 fps in "normal" areas and 30fps in new york. If you plan to fly airliners it will get to a limit of joy.
I don't understand this. Xbox has known frame rate, memory, load time, etc issues and now we are being forced into default settings that I can barely maintain on a top of the line PC unless I'm literally just standing still or picking flowers. Forget trials, PvP, or the like. Will we be able to turn these settings down?

Hello everyone, totally the past year with 20+ addons from Minion program, i was getting 120+ FPS (Have 144Hz Monitor) with Ultra settings in ESO. And the game was not in the SSD. Now after long break around 8-9 months. I re-installed ESO and bought my self Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD and installed in. Totally the game runs at 60-70 FPS
